My Reflective Journal
The Reflective Journal is a journaling of my thoughts, trials and triumphs during the time of this course. Entries are listed per week and relate to assignments we have undertaken, discussions that have ensued and "light bulb" moments I have encountered.

My Discussion Forums
Moodle Discussion Forum http://wiredinstructor.us/mod/forum/view.php?id=2877
In our 3rd Module, we were to start a discussion forum that we would facilitate/manage. This assignment was challenging in the area of time management, but a great assignment to get a taste of what it would be like to manage discussion throughout a course.
Survey Development and Moodle link
(using Survey Monkey)
The assignment was to experiment with and create an online quiz or survey using an existing tool. My exploration took me to Survey Monkey where developed a survey using a few different information seeking prompts in the open and closed questioning formats.

Google Customized Search Engine
Development of a customized search engine in a topic of our choice for which we wished to create a narrow search field. I selected the below topic field as it is an essential element to course development both in content and management structure.

Website Evaluation
I evaluated the website of a "master forger" Jacopo di Poggibonsi. What fun! I discovered how much I enjoy internet sleuthing during this assignment! An attachment below represents the whole of my research in defending the hoax nature of this assignment. I also found it interesting and valuable that many teachers are using this site as part of their curriculum to teach young students how to properly evaluate a website to decide if the content is worthwhile or fictional.
